Jacksonville also has a second billionaire: Dream Finders Homes founder Patrick Zalupski, whose homebuilding fortune ranked around No. 3,100 internationally in 2026, with a net worth near $1.1 billion.
Other business figures with Jacksonville ties, like Bill Foley and Wayne Weaver, have appeared on past billionaire lists too, though Khan remains the city’s most prominent.
